Absolutely amazing experience! I came in for an exfoliating facial and was blown away by the level of care and attention to detail. Tiam was incredibly attentive and thorough, especially with the extractions before starting the facial. I’ve been getting facial treatments for about 5 years, and I’ve honestly never had anyone do extractions as thoroughly and effectively as she did. She was able to clear out so much built-up congestion and hormonal, cystic acne that I could immediately see and feel the difference. My skin had an instant glow afterward that all my friends noticed, and it felt so much cleaner, smoother, and refreshed. You can really tell that Tiam takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients and their skin. I’m so impressed with the results and will absolutely be coming back. I have been going to Tiam Medspa for full body laser hair removal and I absolutely love it! I have had a bad experience with laser at a different place before so I was hesitant to try again since my skin is very sensitive but the staff is very knowledgeable and make sure to go over everything before beginning with you. I have never had an issue here and the results have been so amazing!! I love the owner Tiam, she is so sweet and the only person I would ever trust with anything skin related. She recommended Aerolase for my skin and it was such a great decision! I have already noticed a difference in my overall redness and pores in my T-Zone. This is something I can’t wait to continue doing so I can see how my skin improves over time! It is always great being back at the spa, the entire staff is so sweet and welcoming every time. Tiam Spa is amazing! I never thought my deeply colored acne scars would fade, but aerolase laser treatment completely changed the appearance of my scars.
