Today I had my appointment at 9.30am and was close!. I have the picture that they sent me a text reminder 9.30 my appointment. I drove 3 hours spending my time and my gasoline. One day before I explain that I can’t come at 10am because is too late to me. I have appointments with my clients. They made me come to nothing! I’m very disappointed with the service l!

I have had more than 10 sessions at TIAM spa and they have been more than amazing. The staff, facilities, and machines exceeded my expectations. The owner and staff are very attentive to details and truly listen to you. I explained that I felt certain areas weren’t having as much progress as others and the owner was quick to help in fixing that and added on extra sessions at no cost in order to help. I have pale skin and dark hair and see such a difference. I feel very satisfied with my results. Definitely recommended!!!

I recently had another fantastic session with my laser hair removal tech, Jamie Romero. She always does her job at 100% and is incredibly friendly every time. The place is always clean and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

I love this place!! I had the pleasure of meeting Tiam and her mom several years ago. The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how clean and beautiful the place is. Tiam did a facial analysis and discussed a skin care regimen, things to avoid and even discussed diet. I am an indian woman and have received full body laser hair removal at tiam medspa and the technicians did an amazing job with making me feel comfortable as well as increasing the strength as needed. I was always asked at each session what my problem areas were that were still growing and they focused more on those areas. Overall the staff is very friendly I reccomend everyone I know to come here for their beautifications! They have the BEST lasers as well as the best price.

Jamie the Tech for laser hair removal is phenomenal. She caters the treatment to your level of comfort and needs. She listens and easily willing to accommodate to your concerns. I appreciate her sincere care to ensure I get my desired results. She does her BEST to make sure it’s a comfortable and a THOROUGH session. An added bonus to a session with Jamie is that she doesn’t force any small talk or conversation, she reads off how much you give her. She is an absolute gem. The laser hair removal machine is more advance as it cools the treated area for added comfort. Spa environment is cute, clean, and relaxing. Prices for laser hair removal are very fair. Try to snag it during their promotions by monitoring their Instagram or signing up for their text message notifications. I was referred through a friend, who also referred two others, and now waiting for the right deal for my mom to join in on being hair free. We’re all content with our results. I highly recommend this spot for all laser hair removal needs. Minus one star only because the location finds it fit to charge a $150 penalty if you’re unable to make your appointment/cancel same day. Also, it may take several calls before they answer since they may not have someone monitoring the desk while treating patients. Tiam is polite and does seem to care for her customers. She aims to provide the best results with the package purchased instead of pressuring additional sessions for optimal results.

Absolutely recommend! Just finished my 7th hair removal laser session and I am absolutely happy with the results. The laser machine they have is very effective and painless. Tiam (the owner) is super sweet and cares deeply about the experience of her costumers. The prices are very competitive and the atmosphere in the spa is super relaxing.

Tiam Medspa is a beautiful Medspa i have ever been to in Mclean, i love this place, i can easily book my appointment online and the moment you walk in to this beautiful location everyone is welcoming and super nice ,i got my botox and fillers at this location and my skin looks amazing. Im ready for summer now 🙂 I wish i can give 10 star and cant wait for my next appointment, Thank you again you guys are amazing , Finally a Location that they know what they are doing 🙂
