1. Information and Sign-Up Process:

Interested clients can call us to gather more information about our membership program. However, to complete the sign-up process, clients are required to visit our facility in person. During the visit, they will need to fill out the necessary forms and undergo a consultation.

2. Membership Duration and Charges:

Once clients commit to our membership program for a duration of 4 to 12 months, they are expected to fulfill the entire period. Charges for the membership will be automatically processed during the first week of each month. In the event of cancellation or if the client changes or blocks their payment card, access to our spa services will be forfeited until they provide updated card information.

3. Price Adjustment:

In the rare event that there is a change in the membership price, clients will continue to be billed at the original amount they signed up for. This ensures that you receive the agreed-upon benefits throughout your membership period.

4. Non-Transferability:

Memberships and associated services are strictly non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to any other individual.
